HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AND WHAT IS THE COST?

Shipping within Australia typically takes between 5-10 business days. If you choose to pick up from a terminal/depot, the cost is $90. For residential delivery, prices start at $125.

Yes, this process takes 1-2 hours of riding at half throttle while checking over your new Thumpstar. Your mechanic can advise you on the procedure, or alternatively, we have a video on our website.

WHAT OIL WILL I NEED?

For your Thumpstar motorcycle, you will typically need 4-stroke semi-synthetic oil 10W-40.

HOW DO I START A NEW THUMPSTAR?

To start a new Thumpstar motorcycle, follow these steps:

1. Check the choke position: Ensure the choke is in the "ON" position by pulling it up. The "OFF" position is when the choke is pushed down.

2. Gearbox in neutral and clutch disengaged: Make sure the gearbox is in neutral, which means the gear lever should be in the middle position. Also, ensure the clutch lever is not engaged (pulled in).
