The transit length for all shipping services is approximately 7-10 business days. Please be aware that there might be possible delays in freight services due to Covid.

Shipping insurance:
- Thumpstar offers shipping insurance at $50 per bike.
- You can select this at checkout.
- By opting into shipping insurance, Thumpstar will cover any loss or damages that may occur within the
freight journey.
- Thumpstar accepts no liability if damages happen to the order in transit without shipping insurance
purchased.
- All risk is ascribed to the customer who selects no to shipping insurance.
- Thumpstar highly recommends taking out shipping insurance as this gives you peace of mind knowing your
Thumpstar motorcycle is covered from our warehouse to your destination.
To Toll Depot Australia Wide - $199
- Thumpstar offers shipping to toll depots at a flat rate of $179.
- Toll depots are common in all metropolitan areas, taking approximately 10-15 minutes to drive to most.
- If you have a preferred depot you would like the motorcycle(s) sent to, please add a note to your order in
the cart section.
- No note received will result in Thumpstar finding the toll NQX or agent depot nearest to your billing
address. This will be confirmed via email.
- A trailer or large vehicle space is required to transition the bike from the depot to the final
destination.
To authorized Thumpstar drop off point built up - $400
- If the customer chooses to have the bike built up by an authorized dealer, Thumpstar will grant a 6-month PARTS ONLY warranty.
- This option will extend the delivery time by a further 1-2 weeks as the motorcycle workshops may be busy.
- Thumpstar will make prompt contact with the customer to issue the pick-up date of the built-up motorcycle alongside the assembly receipt. Customers are required to retain the receipt as this is the key to accessing the warranty if needed.
Procedure:
- Thumpstar will send the motorcycle(s) to the desired Thumpstar dealer.
- A tracking reference will be issued to both the customer and the dealer.
- Upon the Thumpstar dealer completing the build-up, the customer will be called to arrange pickup.
To the Door – Starting from $399
- This is the most convenient option to receive a Thumpstar motorcycle as order will be delivered to your door. Startrack delivery driver carrying your motorcycle will be in contact to arrange a time to deliver.
- Please ensure you are home for the delivery of bike. If bike is undeliverable Thumpstar will charge a missed delivery fee of $40. Prices begin from $95 dependent on your location.
Pickup:
- Once payment has been made, Thumpstar will make contact with you and provide instructions on how to pick up the motorcycle from the warehouse in Bayswater, Perth.
